Brady Township Board of Trustees adopted “The Township of Brady Fence Ordinance”, which was presented by the Planning Commission, on May 7th at the township monthly meeting. The purpose of this ordinance is to provide control and regulation for the erection, construction, inspection, and existence of fences within the township. Included, but not limited to the permits, material, construction, general restrictions, location of fences, maintenance and enforcement of ordinance. The ordinance will be effective 30 days after publication of this summary.
